FAQ Regency Park Hotel

Regency Park Hotel is located on Route 8 km 17, Jacksonville, Montevideo. GPS systems usually indicate an access point to the property that is not the authorized one, so we remind you that the only authorized entrance is through Route 8, accessing through the Zonamerica traffic circle and taking the palm tree road from where you can see the San José de Manga Chapel.

Check-in time in the room is from 2:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. the following day. These are the usual times, which may be subject to change in the case of a guest with a special dayuse stay. In this case it will depend on the amount of hours reserved.

There is a continuous shuttle service between Zonamerica and the hotel, which operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

If you have made a reservation with a rate that includes the possibility of check in and/or extended check out for free, you must request it at the time of your arrival at the hotel and it will be subject to availability. In case you require an early check in, we recommend you to communicate it prior to your arrival, although it will be subject to availability, we will be able to assign the room giving priority to your request. In case your rate does not include this possibility and you wish to check in or check out outside the regular hours, you may hire it with an additional charge subject to reservation and availability.

If you must wait a few additional hours before leaving the hotel, you may continue to use the facilities by contacting the front desk, where your luggage will be kept in custody. If you wish an extended use of the hotel amenities you can request a dayuse service for an additional charge.

Regency Park Hotel accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as bank transfers. In case of need, you should request the account number for the transfer by e-mail to reservas@regency.com.uy.

To make the reservation you must provide a credit card number as guarantee, which will not be charged if it is a rate with a free cancellation policy up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date. This will depend on the type of rate. If it is a non-refundable rate, payment must be made at the time of booking.

When it is a non-refundable rate, no changes or cancellations can be made. In cancellation policy enabled (flexible), if you cancel less than 48 hrs prior to arrival date or no show, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to one (1) night of accommodation in the type of room booked.
For stays longer than 20 days, if you cancel less than 5 days prior to arrival date or no show, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to two (2) nights of accommodation in the type of room reserved.

From November 15th until Easter Week, guests with Uruguayan identity card and/or passport must pay 10% VAT.

If you have dietary restrictions due to health issues, please contact the hotel so that your specific requirements can be taken into account and your breakfast will have the appropriate options.

The crib has no additional charge and it is possible to add it. Accommodation for 1 child under 12 years old is free of charge sharing the same room as an adult. 2 children pay the rate of an adult using the beds available in the room.

The hotel is Pet Friendly. Pets are allowed with an additional charge, but are not allowed in the restaurant and swimming pools and must always remain under the responsibility of their owner.

The Presidential or Bridal Suite has a whirlpool. The hotel facilities include a sauna and whirlpool for general use subject to availability.

Most of the rooms have a bathtub, however we recommend that if you require a room with a bathtub, please indicate this at the time of booking.

Regency Park Hotel has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool. The indoor one is heated to a temperature of 28º Celsius.

We recommend outdoor walks in contact with nature around the large park and lake, biking, horseback riding, enjoying the outdoor and indoor pools, sauna and whirlpool, kayaking on the lake.

Yes, this is an activity with additional cost. It is requested that you do it in advance since the hiring is subject to previous reservation and availability.

The hotel has several bicycles of different sizes at your disposal at the reception desk. If available, they do not require prior reservation, and do not have any additional cost.
